This survey is part of the master’s thesis study that I am conducting at the Institute of Business Administration at Sakarya University. The aim of this research is to determine the most important factors affecting logistics service quality in the e-commerce sector. In order to identify these factors accurately, your opinions regarding both the positive and negative aspects of each factor are needed.
